Who is Abdullah (Abu) Budik?
Abu Budik is the founder of doen doen, a strictly vegan street food concept. In Stuttgart, he operates two vegan kebab shops and a vegan burger shop; there is also a franchise location in Berlin. He started with a vegan döner concept and later added doen doen burger—with the goal of developing the taste, texture, and dining experience in such a way that even non-vegans would be delighted.
