Our community is open and inclusive – everyone should feel comfortable and welcomed in the FX space. Whether you’re a morning chatterbox or like to go about your day solo – our goal is to create a space in which all our Coworkers are comfortable and understood.

We’re not specific on industry when selecting our coworkers, but look for the coolest personalities. Our space is a melting pot of professionals! At FX, we want professionals to come out of their bubble and consciously benefit from the experience and expertise of others – there is certainly no shortage of that around here! We encourage exchange and synergy building. Why spend several hundred euros for a quick consult when the best in-house specialists are quite literally a cup of coffee away? We also offer steady reachability and honest exchange with our community.

We choose to approach topics collaboratively and in a user-centered manner. Chances are if you want something- it’s happening. Community is not a product that we sell, but an all-around experience.
