Our team offices, in particular, offer an ideal solution for smaller, collaborative teams.

Our office space is suitable for teams of different sizes, from small teams to larger companies (all-inclusive office space). The exact capacity depends on the size of each office. Our team offices are primarily tailored to teams of 2-8 people. Depending on availability, you can also combine several offices.

The office spaces at Frameworx are typically equipped with high-quality office furniture (height-adjustable desks, chairs, lockable cabinets), high-speed internet access, and whiteboard-friendly walls. Our 34” curved monitors, which we provide as standard at every workstation, are particularly comfortable. In addition, tenants have access to the coworking space’s common areas, such as the work café, lounge (living room), or our game room.

Your office door will already be labeled with your chosen logo. In consultation with our team, it’s often possible to customize the office space, for example by adding additional furniture, decorating the walls, or installing special technical equipment. The lease terms for office space at Frameworx are generally flexible and can be tailored to the needs of each team or company. Our lease agreements offer various notice periods. For team offices, we often provide particularly flexible options—with no security deposit required.

The specific location benefits may vary depending on the site. We rent team offices at our locations in Stuttgart-Degerloch and Stuttgart-Mitte, near the main train station.

The booking process for a team office at Frameworx is generally straightforward. You can contact us directly to check availability, schedule a tour, and receive a customized quote. Once that’s done, we’ll sign the contract and hand over the office.
