They allow teams to share ideas, hold meetings and have confidential conversations without the distractions of an open office space. Our team offices in particular offer an optimal solution for smaller, collaborative teams.

Our office spaces are suitable for teams of all sizes, from small teams to larger companies (all-inclusive office space). The exact capacity depends on the size of the respective office. Our team offices are primarily tailored to teams of 2-6 people. Depending on availability, you can also combine several offices.

The offices at Frameworx are generally equipped with high-quality office furniture (height-adjustable desks, chairs, lockable cabinets), fast Internet access and writable walls. Our 34” curved monitors, which we provide at every workstation as standard, are particularly comfortable. Tenants also have access to the common areas of the coworking space, such as the work café, lounge (living room) or our games room.

The labeling of your office door with your desired logo is already included. In consultation with our team, it is often possible to customize the office space, e.g. by adding more furniture, designing the walls or installing special technical equipment. The rental conditions for office space at Frameworx are generally flexible and can be adapted to the needs of the respective team or company. We offer various notice periods in our rental agreements. We often offer particularly flexible options for team offices – without a deposit.

The cost of an office space at Frameworx varies depending on location, team size and notice period. Prices for office space at Frameworx range from €880 to €2,640 per month. It’s best to request an individual quote to find out the exact costs for your team or company. We offer special conditions for start-ups.

Frameworx offers office space at various locations in Stuttgart, all of which offer good public transport connections and an attractive business environment. The exact location benefits may vary depending on the location. We rent team offices at our locations in Stuttgart-Degerloch and in Stuttgart-Mitte near the main train station.

Our members enjoy round-the-clock access to our co-working spaces – no matter when work calls. The team offices can be locked and are exclusively accessible to you.
