The all-inclusive office at FRAMEWORX is an exclusive office wing within our coworking space. In contrast to a conventional office, you benefit from more flexibility, the use of our communal areas and access to our community in the coworking space. Ideal for growing teams who want to withdraw for concentrated work. Special features include the individual office and an exclusive mini-meeting room in the office space. Additional meeting rooms can also be booked in the building. The all-inclusive office is fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy. It offers the perfect mix of a private office with retreat options for focused work and networking opportunities with the startup community in the communal areas. You benefit from numerous services such as coffee & tea flat rate, cleaning and reception service. This combination allows you to work in an inspiring environment while enjoying the benefits of a private office.

What are the advantages of a fully equipped and ready-to-occupy office compared to a vacant office space?

You don’t have to worry about anything in our all-round carefree office. Unlike vacant office space, which first has to be converted and equipped, our office is ready to move into straight away. This not only means less effort, but also more liquidity and a focus on your core business: no large investments in renovations, furniture and equipment or deposits. The 12-month notice period is very short compared to traditional commercial leases with 5 to 10-year commitments – for greater flexibility.

Furthermore, reception, coffee kitchen and sanitary facilities can also be used in communal areas. In the case of vacant office space without these services, all of this would have to be added to the space. In order to ultimately have 180 square meters of effective workspace, it would be necessary to rent at least 300 to 350 square meters.

Another advantage is our services, from which you benefit: You don’t have to worry about reordering coffee beans, emptying the dishwasher or hiring a cleaning company – all of this is already included in our offer. The all-inclusive office is flexibly scalable upwards and downwards. There are currently 20 ready-to-occupy and fully equipped workstations available. Desks can be removed or added at any time as required. This means that around 24 workstations are available in the open space plus an additional space in the individual office.

What is included as standard with the all-inclusive office?

The all-inclusive office at FRAMEWORX is equipped with high-quality office furniture (height-adjustable desks, chairs, lockable cabinets), fiber optic internet connection and writable walls. Our 34” curved monitors, which we provide as standard at every workstation, are particularly comfortable. We also have our own printer. The integrated and lockable individual office is also equipped to a high standard. The mini-meeting room includes a 65” screen. The daylight-flooded office is pleasantly cool even in summer thanks to cooled ceilings. Intelligent motion detectors with “Human Centered Light” technology ensure perfect lighting conditions at all times and in every corner of the office.

You also have access to the communal areas of the coworking space, such as the work café, lounge (living room) or our games room. On request, we can also provide you with your own table football table in the all-inclusive office.

The following services are also included in our all-round carefree package: Reception and mail service, cleaning service, coffee, tea & water flat rate, 24/7 access with personal chip for each employee. Additional meeting rooms can be booked easily and directly via app with special conditions and free contingents.
